Default 2010 waterfowl population status

http://www.flyways.us/

Looks like the eastern and western parts of the arctic will have above average production, while the central arctic had below average.

Increased number of snows and blues.Ross, small Canads and Whitefronts less than average.

The video report is well done. Should see liberal duck seasons again this year. Too bad the Ross didn't have a better year. The juvie ross makes any snow goose hunter a better hunter.

Looks bleak for many juvies in central Saskatchewan, if I'm reading the report right. Although the video says snow production was good. Which is it?

There seems to be quite a bit of difference from reports that I have received also compared to the flyway report...In fact I have been told that the ross geese over all have had a great hatch. We will see come fall I guess....
