reg. where where those pics taken that is a good way to make a pit blind !!!!! havent seen any of that in this area a few farmers got stuck but not buried..... probably because we have been dry for so long
that the fields are not soft very far down......

AS someone in the dirt moving business There have been times where it seems like anything that you do makes the situation 10 times as bad. I am certain that everyone involved took a nice long drink at the end of that fiasco.

Here is a little different perspective on how much rain Sask has gotten this year. Go to http://www.agr.gc.ca/pfra/drought/ma...180_av_s_e.pdf and you will see the percentage of precipitation for the last 180 days. Most of Sask is 150-200 percent ahead of normal of precip in the last 180 days and some parts are over 200 percent of normal rainfall. A good website to monitor rainfall in the spring as well.
